You don't know what to read ?!
Well, if you don't know what to read, you can start by reading about the best known literary awards in the English language and find some interesting titles which have been awarded with one of their prizes, such as the Booker Prize, the Pulitzer or the Nobel Prize. Knowing a book has been awarded is always a guarantee.
If you don't like contemporary writing and you prefer the classics, you can always resort to one of the must-read lists, such as Penguin Classics or the Guardian's selection of the 100 greatest novels of all time.
If you like mystery novels, I recommend you to visit Rich Burridge's Blog, for a list of his favourite mystery novels and a list of novels awarded with the Pulitzer prize.
If you would like to learn more about a book, you can visit Amazon and read the customer reviews.
And, if you really want to see what's new in the UK, check Waterstones.com

Quotes
Visit http://www.quotationspage.com/ and look for a quote related to friendship. Tell us about the quote and why you like it.
I've found this one: "He who has a thousand friends has not a friend to spare, and he who has one enemy will meet him everywhere". I like it because I think it's true, though many, I don't have friends to spare, and new ones are always welcome.
